We provide BBQ's and a full Hog, Beef and Lamb Spit Roast
service in Inverness, Grampian and the Highlands.
Our free-range Morayshire pigs are marinated and seasoned, then slow cooked
for at least 7 hours, making our hog roast extremely tasty and succulent. We can
simply serve it in buns with apple sauce for those informal occasions, or as the
meat of a main course or, of course, as part of a full BBQ.
Our full BBQ service
ranges from steaks to sausages and a wide variety of side dishes. Vegetarians/Pescatarians
can be fully catered for too.
Why not plan a summer party evening with our delicious succulent pork, long
roasted on a spit, carved and served with apple sauce rolls. £545 (del free
within local area) Serves up to 120 guests approx (when served in rolls) that’s only £4.54 per head.
